BTG Integrative Addiction Treatment is located in the picturesque, historic town of Winchester, Virginia – about 1½ hours west of Washington, D.C.  Although we are within a four-hour drive of many of the major metropolitan areas of the Mid-Atlantic region, our small town atmosphere provides clients with a safe, quiet environment in which they can focus on the work of recovery – removed from the distractions of “big city life.”

BTG’s treatment facility is located in a historic stone structure that has been totally renovated to include a medical wing, administrative and counseling offices, and education and group therapy rooms with state-of-the-art audio/video equipment.

Although our clients are not as restricted as they would be in a traditional hospital-based rehab facility, we do have 24-hour supervision provided by residential staff that is sensitive to the special needs of the recovering addict.  In addition to being available for support and caring, our residential staff:

• Assists the clients in preparing nutritionally-sound meals and snacks
• Oversees household duties
• Provides transportation for all client activities, including treatment sessions, health club, recreation, and daily 12-Step meetings
