What a fabulous organization! I have a child who was literally saved from total ruin after completing the program at Bridging the Gaps. The holistic approach to to treating each individual is the key to long term abstinence. I would urge anyone struggling with this horrible disease to reach out to this caring and talented organization.

This is the sixth inpatient program my person has been to and he is happy with the program. It’s been a very different experience than the first five programs. He feels he is getting better support and that the counseling has been the best at Bridging the Gaps.

The level of professionalism and compassion from the staff has been wonderful. Also, I have seen dramatic changes in my loved one’s mentality, behavior, and demeanor continuously during treatment and it’s great to see these changes occur so quickly, as it has been more than a decade of failing to achieve this outside of BTG

Bridging the Gaps staff and counselors are skilled, professional, friendly, caring, and responsive to our family and our loved one in care during some of the most difficult circumstances our family has ever faced. We are grateful that they have been able to make progress in education, awareness, and self-care, among many other positive impacts for our loved one when circumstances were well beyond our own capabilities. BTG came highly recommended to us by a close friend whose loved one participated in the program and we are very glad we followed the advice we were given to seek help through the program.

BTG’s approachable atmosphere and open communication reduced my anxiety and increased my optimism about my husband’s chances of recovery.

This is a fabulous program. It is centered on health and healing, So many programs are centered on using pharmaceuticals to replace the drug addiction – this is so much better. Exercise and nutrition, healing body and mind together – it’s a holistic approach to treatment. Introducing patients into AA and NA from the start is brilliant. Kudos to all the staff for their kindness and understanding and their competency.

The staff was very respectful, helpful, and supportive during the intake process which made it easier for both myself and my loved one entering treatment. The process itself was also simple and easy to navigate. Given the complexity and the mentally/emotionally overwhelming nature of any situation necessitating this type of treatment, the ease of admissions made this seem attainable and agreeable to the entering patient.

The degree of consideration, empathy, and perspective offered by BTG staff have all been extremely beneficial to my family member in treatment and have allowed her to better understand her addiction and be much more well-prepared to confront it. This is something that she clearly was unable to do alone and to which was strongly resistant for years prior to residency at BTG. I also greatly appreciate the administrative support from BTG in communicating with insurers and workplace HR, as their fluency in these systems was key to our ability as a family to support our patient during treatment.

Update: my daughter has graduated from BTG. She is doing exceptionally well. She has finally moved forward with her life, and it’s all because we found BTG. Clean and sober and now a new mom. For the rest of my life I will be eternally grateful to all the staff at BTG that made her recovery possible.
My daughter has been a patient at BTG for a few months now. They have bent over backwards to help her, even when she had moments where she was sabotaging herself. They have not given up on her. Anyone that gives this place a bad review has an ax to grind, likely because they didn't follow the rules and were made to leave. As with all addictions, the addict must be ready and willing to participate fully in their recovery. For those who are ready to make that commitment to themselves, BTG is the place to be. Every one of the staff that I have met have been polite, professional and caring, counselors and house staff alike! BTG has some of the absolute BEST counselors around! I cannot stress enough how great everyone here has been. I could write a 10 page dissertation and it still would not do justice to the way I feel about BTG. They have worked with me every step of the way regarding any expenses not covered by my insurance because they care more about my daughter's recovery than they do about profit! They truly have gone above and beyond for my daughter and I cannot thank them enough!
