What is Continuum Plus Assurance?
Continuum Plus Assurance is designed to give clients confidence in their recovery journey. Our 4-month program guides clients through a seamless continuum of care, combining clinical expertise, holistic therapies, and structured transitions to promote long-term, sustainable recovery.
If a client relapses within 90 days of completing treatment, BTG covers up to 21 days of treatment at the clinically appropriate level of care.
Why Continuum Plus Assurance Matters
Program Overview
This continuum offers both structure and flexibility, allowing clients to build a strong foundation in early recovery and gradually step back into life with ongoing support. BTG's treatment model is grounded in trauma-informed care and includes innovative services such as amino acid therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Polyvagal therapy, ensuring each client receives whole-person care from an experienced, compassionate team.
Residential Treatment (30 days)
Clients begin with one month of round-the-clock care in our supportive, home-like residential setting. This phase includes daily group and individual therapy, medical services, nutritional support, and holistic therapies such as yoga, acudetox (acupuncture detox), amino acid therapy, and mindfulness. Clients live in safe, comfortable residences designed to foster healing and community.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP – 6 weeks)
After residential treatment, clients move into PHP while residing in our fully staffed sober living homes. Here, they continue full-day therapeutic programming focused on deep clinical work, relapse prevention, and life skills development. Evenings in the supported living environment reinforce healthy routines, peer accountability, and practical skill-building in a real-world setting.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP – 6 weeks)
Our supportive sober living allows clients to reintegrate into society safely, allowing them to utilize their newly-acquired life skills and coping mechanisms in everyday situations as they continue to benefit from a sober community. Our 3 residences provide the comforts of home with added support and accountability.
Bridging the Gaps (BTG) provides a fully integrated 4-month addiction treatment program designed to guide clients through a seamless continuum of care. Understanding Your Treatment Options
At Bridging the Gaps, we offer both insurance-based treatment and private-pay options. Our goal is to help individuals and families understand the differences so they can choose the level of care that best supports long-term recovery.
When Insurance-Based Care Makes Sense
Insurance-based treatment can be a good fit for individuals who need high-quality clinical care and meet medical necessity criteria. Coverage is typically determined by the insurance provider and may include limits on length of stay, level of care, or available services. For many clients, this option provides essential support during early recovery.
When Private-Pay Offers Greater Continuity
Private-pay treatment allows for greater flexibility, continuity, and depth of care. Without insurance-driven limitations, programs can offer longer lengths of stay, smoother transitions between levels of care, and integrated services that support the full recovery process. This approach is often chosen by individuals or families seeking a more comprehensive, structured, and uninterrupted treatment experience.
Our Most Comprehensive Private-Pay Option
Continuum Plus Assurance is Bridging the Gaps’ most comprehensive private-pay offering. It provides a fully integrated four-month continuum of care, all-inclusive living, and built-in relapse protection. This option is designed for those who want maximum structure, support, and peace of mind throughout every stage of recovery.
